The internal cross-support beam beneath the top is not rigidly fixed (as designed), which allows for slight movement when the table is handled or lifted improperly. As a result, there are visible hairline stress cracks in the goop surface along the line of this internal support. These cracks are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the usability of the table under normal conditions. What is currently in good vintage usable condition the cushions themselves the back cushions are in great condition.
