- The painting is in good vintage condition. There is some crackling to the paint. The matting around the frame does have some spotting to it and is slightly dingy couple water marks. The frame itself has somewhere to it marks around the edge. You can really tell from the back that the painting is older. There is some type of old tag on the frame of the painting. It’s marked 44 not sure what that means can be used as is or would be a good candidate to be reframed
