We are pleased to offer three exceptional abstract works by this elusive artist, all acquired from the same estate. Very little biographical information is available, which only adds to the intrigue and originality of the pieces.

Among the many abstract modern paintings we have encountered, these stand out as some of the most compelling. The artist employed a fascinating technique that begins with a high-gloss lacquer ground, creating a hard, glass-like surface with a finish reminiscent of polished candy. Layers of contrasting colors were then applied over this lacquer base, with additional tones combed and dragged through the wet paint to reveal the colors beneath.

The result is a richly textured composition full of movement, depth, and energy. The interplay between the glossy surface and the layered pigments creates an almost sculptural quality that is difficult to fully capture in photographs. Like many great works of art, this painting is far more impressive in person, where the complexity of the surface and the vibrancy of the colors can be truly appreciated. Dimensions
