Wonderful pair of vintage American upholstered lounge chairs with exceptional lines and surprisingly comfortable proportions. Although petite in scale, these chairs offer an incredibly comfortable seating experience.

The gently curved backs flow beautifully into the arms, creating a natural place to rest your elbows while seated. The proportions are particularly well executed, with a generous seat and supportive back that make these chairs far more comfortable than their compact size might suggest.

Both chairs feature substantial, solid frames and are currently upholstered in a textured lime green fabric with tailored skirts. The chairs also have wooden legs concealed beneath the skirts, which we think would look fantastic exposed if the pair were reupholstered.

The manufacturer is unknown, but the quality of construction, distinctive silhouette, and thoughtful proportions make these a particularly appealing pair of vintage American chairs.

Condition Notes
These chairs are in well used vintage condition. There are stains throughout and snags in the Fabric as well as sun fading, and bleaching consistent with age. The structure and cushions are in good condition and the chairs could be used as is, but they would greatly benefit from new Fabric.
