The frame is painted black iron With a chrome metal handle. There is no makers mark on the piece but we believe this is an Arthur Umanoff design. See less

- The bar cart is Vintage so a base level of wear is to be expected. This piece is well used vintage condition. The Bar shows signs of wear throughout with scratches, scuffs, dents, watermarks, discoloration, staining, chips in veneer and the drawers stick. The metal legs have scratches and loss of paint.
