Condition Details - The stool in well-used vintage condition. The vinyl seat has scuffs, scratches, discoloration, and stains throughout. The swivel mechanism works really well. The metal base has been spray painted and you’re able to see ripples underneath the paint from old layered of previous paint. No major issuers and can be used as is if you’d like.
