Description: This is a Rosewood and vinyl "Lis" dining chair designed by Niels Koefoed circa 1960's. It features an iconic and comfortable ladder back design with bowtie slats. Elegant, organic lines with beautiful wood grain patterns.

Condition: This piece is in well used vintage condition. The vinyl seat has some scuffs, marks, discoloration and a roughly 1” tear (pictured). The Rosewood frame has some scratches, scuffs, marks, dark stain spots, glue residue and fading throughout. The top bowtie slat is separating from the frame (pictured). It appears there was some light restoration or repair on the back of the chair near the bottom two slats on the frame. It looks like it has been re-glued at some point. The chair is sturdy and ready to use as is, but could definitely benefit from some restoration. There is no makers mark. Please see photos for full condition details.
