This painting we believe was created by Robert Ranieri in 1966 due to the etched signature in the top of the right of the frame (pictured). This painting uses multicolored shapes and abstract characters that Ranieri is known for. He often described his works as interpretations of sound, suggesting that the shapes and organization of color in his paintings are meant to evoke auditory experiences.
Dimensions: 43.375” W x 1.675” D x 49” H
Condition - This piece is in well used vintage condition. There are some chips, cracking, and a small puncture mark about 4” from the middle bottom (pictured). The frame has some scratches, dings, edgewear and paint marks throughout. This piece is ready to be displayed as is. It is signed Robert Ranieri 1966 in the top right of the frame.
