- The chair and ottoman are vintage so a base level of where is to be expected. The fabric is in well worn vintage condition as well as the foam which is sagging and worn. The fabric has stains, marks, rips, and discoloration throughout. The chair and ottoman needs to be reupholstered. The legs have dents, scratches, scuffs.
